劉建軍:項目實施負責(zé)人,負責(zé)項目中無機-有機雜化材料的合成與設(shè)計,負責(zé)成果中創(chuàng)新理論和研究技術(shù)在光化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究。對光化學(xué)理論創(chuàng)新有創(chuàng)造性貢獻。
